Roger Krause
Roger Krause earned his undergraduate degree from Emory
University in Atlanta; a masters degree in psychology from
Columbia University in New York, and his law degree from Georgia
State University, in Atlanta.
While in law school, Roger Krause was an active member of the
prestigious Moot Court Board, and competed nationally. Mr.
Krause also interned with the Honorable Marion T. Pope of the
Georgia Court of Appeals.
After law school, Roger Krause worked for a large insurance
defense firm, then for a full service mid-size Atlanta firm, before
opening up his client centered firm, the Krause Law Group.
Mr. Krause is admitted in all the Court of Georgia, including the
Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is
also admitted in the Northern District of Georgia, and the Court of
Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Krause has been admitted Pro
Hoc Vice in various jurisidictions, including the federal district court
in the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of
Missouri. He has also been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in Florida and
in Texas.
Mr. Krause is currently a member of the Georgia Bar Association,
the Atlanta Bar Association, (former board member of the Small
Firm Section), Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and a Charter
Lifetime Fellow in the Atlanta Bar Foundation. For the past three
(3) years, Roger Krause has participated a group leader at
Georgia State Law School’s Committee on Professionalism.
Roger Krause lives in Atlanta, with his wife, and 2 year old son.
Terri Chester
Terri Chester serves as the firm’s paralegal. Ms. Chester is a
former property and casualty adjuster. She holds a BA in criminal
justice from Georgia State University. Terri Chester relies upon
the skills learned from her prior insurance work to prosecute all
personal injury claims and bad faith claims against the insurance
companies. Ms. Chester lives with her family in Roswell, Georgia.
